Where it gets stuck

Your organisation is growing. Are your processes, systems and people keeping up?

Processes that slow you down

Manual work, duplicate entry and unclear handovers hold your organisation back.

Disconnected systems

Business software and data grow alongside each other without joining up.

Limited control

Insight into performance, cost, access and risk is missing or arrives too late.

Change that does not stick

New technology is available, but teams lack guidance and clear working agreements.

The ORBIT Elevation Model

Five phases. Each with a fixed result.

Every phase takes your organisation one level higher and has value in itself. After each phase you decide again. You start where it makes sense for you.

Examples

What that looks like in practice.

Typical programmes, with what we do and what we measure. Illustrative examples, not client results.

All examples
Industry and engineering

ERP and processes aligned again

Situation. Sales, stock and planning use separate lists and duplicate entry.

Approach. Process analysis, a supported ERP decision and phased introduction with the software partner. Teams test and practise with their own work.

We measure: duplicate entry, errors, lead time per order
Professional services

Collaborating with one document structure

Situation. Project information is scattered across inboxes, drives and personal folders.

Approach. A shared workplace, clear document owners and access rights. On-the-job days help teams apply new agreements.

We measure: search time, version issues, usage per team
All sectors

Decisions based on reliable figures

Situation. Leadership receives different reports with inconsistent definitions and a lot of manual work.

Approach. Connect sources, agree definitions and build a dashboard with process owners. AI is considered only where it adds concrete value.

We measure: reporting time, data quality, dashboard usage

On-the-job days: adjusting while the team works on real tasks.

On the work floor

We work where the work happens.

A strategy on paper changes nothing. That is why we join your customer service, planning or administration while staff start working the new way.

What we see, we adjust straight away: a missing source, an instruction that could be better, a colleague who needs just that one example.

A first concrete step

A scoped first improvement in 90 days.

After discovery we choose a feasible first step: a process, integration, dashboard or AI application. We agree scope and timing up front. Larger transformations are delivered in successive phases.

Weeks 1 and 2

Design

Goal, process, baseline and owner.

Weeks 3 to 5

Preparation

Data, systems and access ready.

Weeks 5 to 7

Delivery

Configure the process, integration or application.

Weeks 7 and 8

Test

Real tasks, corrections and acceptance.

Weeks 9 to 12

Adoption

Training, on-the-job days and first measurement.

Who it’s for

A clear answer for every role at the table.

Leadership

A connected direction with clear priorities, decision points and visibility of results.

Finance

A fixed price per phase, a business case up front and a baseline. You know what you buy and what it delivers.

IT

An architecture that fits your landscape, secure and maintainable, without depending on a single vendor.

HR and operations

Teams that carry the new way of working themselves, with tailored training and coaching for managers.

What progress means

We measure what changes in your organisation.

The measures follow your goals. Before we start, we agree what needs to improve and how to track it.

Processes & quality

Lead time, errors and rework in the tasks we improve.

Usage & people

Adoption, workload and how independently teams use the new way of working.

Insight & cost

Reliability of your information, maintainability and the cost of your digital environment.

ORBIT Trust Framework

Five principles in every project.

  1. People decide

AI supports. Where a decision has consequences, a person approves.

  2. Your data stays yours

In your own environment or an EU environment of your choice. We do not train models on client data.

  3. Only what you may see

Systems and applications respect access rights. We test with real user roles.

  4. Tested before use

We test with real tasks and agreed criteria before rollout and after relevant changes.

  5. Measured, not promised

Every programme starts with a baseline. We also report what didn’t work.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Is your question not listed? Feel free to ask it in an introduction.

Do you also deliver programmes without AI?

Yes. A programme can focus on ERP or CRM, collaboration, reporting or a better work process. We use AI when it contributes to the goal.

Which organisations do you work for?

Mainly organisations with 50 to 1,000 employees: SMEs, schools and local governments. Smaller is possible if the tasks have high volume or value.

Do we need Microsoft 365?

No. We work with the environment you have, or help you choose: Microsoft, Google, AWS, open source or an EU-hosted environment.

What does a programme cost?

That depends on the scope. A discovery starts from € 2,750 excluding VAT. After that, you get a fixed price for each phase.

How quickly will we see results?

After discovery we select a feasible first improvement. ORBIT Launch targets 90 days within an agreed scope. The complete transformation follows a roadmap with multiple phases.

What if we want to stop halfway?

You can, after any phase. Everything we deliver is documented and yours.

Where do you want to be a year from now?

An introduction takes an hour and comes with no obligation. You tell us where it hurts, we tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
