Home / Trust & governance

Confidence in your digital organisation.

How we handle your data, your people and the rules. Visible in every proposal, every project and every delivery report.

ORBIT Trust Framework

Five principles.

  1. People decide

AI supports. Where a decision has consequences, a person approves.

  2. Your data stays yours

In your own environment or an EU environment of your choice. We do not train models on client data.

  3. Only what you may see

Systems and applications respect access rights. We test with real user roles.

  4. Tested before use

We test with real tasks and agreed criteria before rollout and after relevant changes.

  5. Measured, not promised

Every programme starts with a baseline. We also report what didn’t work.

Trust Center

How we work with your data.

Access

We never get access automatically. You explicitly grant rights, per project and per role, and revoke them afterwards.

Data location

Data stays in your own environment or an EU environment of your choice. If a service outside the EU is ever needed, we discuss it in advance.

Confidentiality

All business and client information is confidential, during and after the collaboration. We sign an NDA on request.

Partners

If we work with a partner, you know in advance who, for what and with which access.

European AI Act

Demonstrably under control.

For AI we consider responsible use, appropriate training and clear human oversight. We map applications, roles and risks and involve legal specialists where needed.

  • Inventory of AI use
  • Risk classification per application
  • AI policy and guidelines
  • AI register with owners
  • Training plan per target group
  • Testing with the ORBIT Trust Score

Honest about limits

What we don’t do.

  • We don’t give legal advice. For that we work with specialised firms.
  • We don’t promise savings without measurement. Time saved is not money saved.
  • We don’t build AI that decides about people or customers on its own.
  • We don’t sell licences for the sake of licences.

Where do you want to be a year from now?

An introduction takes an hour and comes with no obligation. You tell us where it hurts, we tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
